• Riyadh Metropolitan Area: Direct factory delivery within 3 to 5 business days for in-stock pieces.
• Western Province (Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif): Scheduled direct transport within 5 to 7 business days.
• Eastern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail, Al-Ahsa): Scheduled direct transport within 5 to 7 business days.
• All Other Regions (Qassim, Hail, Asir, Jazan, Tabuk, Al-Jouf): Insured freight delivery directly to your designated site.
• GCC Member States: Private international transport available to the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman upon arrangement.

2. Bespoke Lead Times (Made to Order)

Because bespoke commissions are hand-crafted to custom architectural dimensions at our Al Shifa workshop, fabrication typically spans 14 to 28 business days depending on detailing and material availability. Clients receive photographic progress updates throughout the joinery, carving, and upholstery phases.

3. Direct Delivery Scope: Insured Delivery Across the Whole KSA

• DC Studio is a master fabrication atelier specializing in architectural furniture craftsmanship, custom sizing, and insured transport.
• We provide insured direct factory delivery across the whole Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Pieces arrive fully built, finished, and enclosed in heavy-duty protective crating for positioning by your personal interior design contractor or residential team.
• Consignments are inspected jointly at delivery to confirm uncompromised craftsmanship and protective packaging integrity.

4. Comprehensive In-Transit Insurance

Every consignment departing our Al Shifa atelier in Riyadh is fully insured against any transit hazard. In the unlikely event of transit damage, DC Studio assumes full responsibility for immediate repair or complete replacement at zero client expense.
