Returns & Exchanges
We want every piece to arrive in the agreed condition and specification. This page explains how returns and exchanges work for ready-made and custom pieces.
1. Ready-made products
A ready-made item may be submitted for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery when it is unused, in its original condition, and includes all accessories and packaging.
2. Custom-made pieces
Custom pieces are made to an approved size, material, and finish, so they cannot be cancelled or returned after production begins. If a piece arrives with a confirmed difference from the approved order or a manufacturing defect, the factory team will inspect it and propose the appropriate solution.
3. Delivery inspection
Please inspect the piece and packaging on delivery and record any visible issue on the delivery note. Photos and the order number help us review the case quickly.
4. Submit a request
Send your order number, clear photos, and a short description to info@dcstudio.store or call +966 50 150 5020. The factory team will review the request and contact you with the next step.
