Terms & Conditions of Sale
These terms govern all transactions, commissions, and atelier engagements conducted through dcstudio.store and DC Studio in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Agreement & Jurisdiction
By browsing or purchasing from DC Studio, you enter into a binding agreement governed exclusively by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
2. Service Scope: Manufacturing & Delivery (Installation Excluded)
DC Studio’s commitments are strictly limited to bespoke design, fabrication, custom carpentry, protective crating, and insured delivery to your address. We do not install or wall-mount the furniture we make. Patrons arrange positioning or structural wall anchoring via their appointed contractors or interior design teams.
3. Currency & VAT (15%)
All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include the mandatory 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) under ZATCA regulations. An official digital tax invoice is issued for every transaction.
4. Approved Payment Instruments
We accept Saudi Mada, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and direct corporate wire transfers for commercial and palatial projects.
5. Intellectual Property
All furniture silhouettes, 3D assets, Najdi geometric interpretations, and photography are proprietary assets of DC Studio / De Craft. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial emulation is strictly prohibited under Saudi copyright law.
